Sessions in English & online
If you prefer to have your session in English, that is absolutely possible.
NEI sessions can also be held online, and because energetic work is not bound by distance, I can guide you from anywhere in the world.
If you would like to book a session, you can do so by sending an email to cato@neicessity.com or by using the contact form.
What is NEI therapy?
Maybe this sounds familiar: you feel so much inside, yet the words don’t always come. Or you notice that you keep falling into the same patterns, even when a part of you knows exactly what you want instead. Sometimes your body whispers “stop,” while your mind insists on continuing.
And that is exactly where NEI begins its work.
What NEI can mean for you
NEI stands for Neuro Emotional Integration. In simple terms, it’s a gentle way of exploring which unprocessed emotions, experiences, or beliefs are still present in your system — without having to relive anything.
We all go through moments that were simply too much at the time — big or small, conscious or unnoticed. When an experience isn’t fully processed, a part of it stays behind. You may feel this through recurring emotions, stress responses, fatigue, physical complaints, or patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change them.
This is not weakness.
It’s your body honestly telling you where it needs support.
Your conscious wants… but your subconscious holds back
Many people long for peace, health, love, or success, yet find it hard to truly reach those places. Often your conscious mind wants something deeply, while your subconscious holds a different story altogether. It can feel like pressing the gas and the brake at the same time.
NEI helps bring those two parts back into harmony, so you’re no longer fighting against yourself.
How I work with you
During a session, we don’t just look at what’s happening on the surface — we explore what lives underneath.
I use the biotensor, a sensitive instrument that responds to the signals in your body. It helps me understand:
which emotion or belief is still stuck,
where your system is out of balance,
and what is ready to be released.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to retell your whole story.
You don’t need to relive anything.
Your body already knows where the door is.
We work gently, precisely, and at your pace. And most people can expect around 3 to 7 sessions per specific issue, depending on what your system shows and what is ready to shift.
Who is NEI for?
NEI can be supportive whenever you feel stuck — emotionally or physically. For example, if you:
overthink or get overstimulated easily,
struggle with making decisions,
hold yourself back or often cross your own boundaries,
live with fear, anger, sadness, or restlessness,
feel low in energy or are recovering from burnout,
deal with vague or recurring physical complaints,
or keep ending up in the same patterns over and over again.
Children also respond beautifully to NEI.
They don’t have to explain anything — their body or behavior often shows exactly where we need to look.
In essence
NEI is not about finding quick fixes.
It’s a soft, intuitive way of reconnecting with yourself — with what you feel, what you need, and what is ready to be released.
It helps you gently create space around tension, old emotions, or beliefs that no longer belong to you, so you can let them go step by step.
Making room for peace, clarity, and growth.
And that is exactly what I want to offer you at Neicessity:
a place where you can land, breathe, and come home to yourself.
Who am i?
My name is Cato. When I’m not working in my practice, you’ll usually find me with my hands in the soil, surrounded by the flowers I grow myself. Alongside Neicessity, I run my flower studio, Florescen, where I work from seed to bouquet. Flowers genuinely give me butterflies — every single time.
And when I’m not in the garden, you’ll often find me in the kitchen, trying out new recipes. Or I’m in my art studio, drawing or painting, completely absorbed in my own little fairytale world.
A creative soul, in a nutshell.
Mind, spirit, and soul have always been one whole for me. I’ve known that for as long as I can remember. But allowing that inner world to flow into daily life… that wasn’t always easy. Friends sometimes call me a bit dreamy, but to me, it’s simply about returning to something deeply human: the connection we’ve lost. With ourselves, with each other, with nature.
We live in a time where we’re almost swallowed up by consumption and constant stimuli — material and digital. And yet, I feel — just like so many people around me — a growing longing for real connection. For slowing down. For coming home to yourself.
In 2011, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the way she chose her path turned my world upside down. She didn’t follow the traditional route. Instead, she chose a way fully attuned to her body and her inner compass. She immersed herself in holistic perspectives like Germanic and Eastern medicine, explored the effects of medication, and listened to her body as a whole — not as separate parts.
It clashed with a lot of misunderstanding and judgment — even from me. I found it difficult to understand her choices because they were so different from what is considered “normal.”
But looking back, I realize how much she taught me: the importance of taking your body seriously, trusting the power of your mind, living consciously, and having the courage to choose your own path — even when no one seems to understand.
Those experiences shaped who I am today: someone who believes in the beauty of connection, in the wisdom of nature, and in the healing power that arises when mind, spirit, and soul come back into alignment.
She passed away in 2017, six months after my first child was born. After an intense grieving process, I began my own healing. I became acutely aware of the pieces that were mine — and the ones I had inherited from her. Thanks to a dear friend, I discovered NEI therapy, and a whole new world opened up for me. Puzzle pieces fell into place, clarity emerged.
Not everything was easy or pleasant, but I found the courage to start feeling — and therefore to start healing. Bit by bit, I became more and more myself again.
Over the years, I’ve seen more clearly than ever how much people long to reconnect. People want a place where they can breathe, where they are welcomed exactly as they are — without judgment.
I want to offer that safe space.
I want to support people in returning to who they truly are — beyond everything they’ve been through, beyond the situations that shaped or overshadowed them. To help them become more resilient, more grounded, closer to their core.
It’s not “airy” at all. In fact, it’s the most human thing there is. It’s our origin. And I believe it’s essential that we reconnect with that deep layer within ourselves.
